Weymouth Woman Charged With Shoplifting
Deliann S. Lee, 32, of 183 Front St., Apt. 2, Weymouth was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct. The case was continued to Jan. 11. Lee was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a Nov. 25, 2011 incident in Weymouth at 6 a.m. when police were dispatched to Walmart, 740 Middle St., in response to a report of a woman who left the store carrying DVDs she did not pay for, police said.
Weymouth Woman Faces Larceny Charge
Adrienne Mackey, 35, of 1530 Commercial St., Weymouth was arraiged in Quincy District Court on a charge of larceny under $250. The case was continued to Jan. 10. Mackey was released on personal recognizance. The charge stems from a Oct. 11, 2011 incident in Weymouth where police received a report of a stolen credit card being used at TJ Maxx in Quincy, according to police.
Holbrook Man Faces Drug Possession Charges
Shawn M. Madden, 23, of 53 Rose Way, Holbrook was arraigned in Quincy Distrit Court on charges of possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class E drug, and possesion of a Class C drug. The case was continued to Jan. 11. Madden was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a Nov. 21, 2011 incident in Weymouth at 12:45 p.m. when police allegedly found Madden in possession of Suboxzone, Clonazepam, and Zolpiderm at the South Shore Hospital.
Weymouth Man a No-Show at Drug Conspiracy Hearing
John K. Mazzeo, 42, of 537 North St., Apt. 3, Weymouth failed to show up for arraignment on a charge of conspiracy to violate drug law. A judge issued a warrant to arrest Mazzeo. The charge stems from a Oct. 7, 2011 incident in Weymouth where police charged Mazzeo after an alleged drug transaction.
Charges Dropped in Home Invasion Case
Justin R. Parker, 26, and Steven R. Parker, 25, both of 595 Ashmont St., Apt. 6, Dorchester had a charge of home invasion dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a June 3, 2011 incident in Weymouth at 3:41 a.m. when police were dispatched to 82 Pleasant St. in response to a report of a possible breaking and entering, possibly involving four males, police said in the incident report
