We're supposed to be vacationing at the surfside resort in east falmouth starting friday, 11/2. We've been told that the hotel was hit by the storm. There is no answer at the hotel. Any word on this? We hope everyone is ok.

Hi Georgi, I spoke with Cathy Bouvier in the corporate office and she confirmed that the Surfside Resort is open. The power is knocked out in some of the rooms, the phone included, yet, there are rooms that are available. If you have a confirmed reservation, when you get to the hotel, there will be a room for you at that hotel or at the sister hotel, Captain's Quarters. The key is that you have a confirmed reservation. Hope this helps.

We are trying to track this down. In the meantime, maybe one of our readers might know more details. Hopefully, we will have an answer soon.

Thank you so much for this information. Last night at 5 pm our caller id showed a call from the Captain's Quarters but there was no message. I just tried calling but there was no answer. I will try again. Thank you and hope you are all doing better as the days go by. Georgi
