As no one has won Powerball for 16 consecutive tries, the estimated jackpot for Wednesday drawing is $500 million. Tell us in the comments what you would do if you won.
For the last two months, no one has been lucky to win the Powerball lottery.
Lottery officials estimate Wednesday's jackpot at $500 million, and at that value, it would be the largest jackpot in Powerball history.
Powerball is pulled Wednesdays and Fridays. The Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, including Massachusetts and all six New England states.
According to Powerball, the odds of winning the jackpot is 1 in 175 million. The odds of getting all 5 numbers and not the Powerball, earning $1 million, is 1 in 5 million.

1) Pay off ALL of my bills.
2) Hire some lawyers and file a series of lawsuits against my former employer. By shedding light on the "hidden dirt" more than half of those in management would be fired; including my former Boss. Those managers who were the most incompetent were only in power because some older relative having called in a political favor and got them hired. They had no prior experience, no specialized training, no college degrees; yet started out with paychecks that amounted to more than $80K per year for doing very little work. But when I tried to apply for one of those jobs, I was told that I was "over qualified" and was therefore left in my current position earning a lot less. If anybody deserves to be laid off ... it's them!
3) Hire some screenwriters and bankroll a drama series that is set south of Boston and actually filmed on location within the South Shore. Why should downtown Boston always get all of the recognition and tourist traffic?
