Affordable Alzheimer's Care Now Available in Weymouth

Families seeking more affordable Alzheimer’s assisted living on the South Shore are now able to take advantage of The PACE Program at Monarch Homes of Weymouth.

Space is limited on PACE units which pays 100% of the assisted living costs, but qualifying seniors can realize a savings of approximately $2,000 per month or $24,000 annually if they choose to participate in the PACE Plus Program at Monarch.

“Monarch Homes, is doing it right,” says assisted living specialist Greg Anderson of The Anderson Company based in Sandwich, MA.  “They have residents on the PACE Plus program at Monarch Homes paying as low as $3,700 against the normal rent of $6,400 or greater.  Along with the reduced cost comes an increase in services.  PACE provides its own team of specialists that supplement the 24-hour care provided at Monarch Homes.”
