Weymouth Chamber of Commerce to Host the Town's First PizzaPalooza August 6th

The Weymouth Chamber of Commerce will host the town’s first annual PizzaPalooza on Wednesday, August 6th  from 5-8 pm at Weymouth High School Gold Cafeteria, 1 Wildcat Way, Weymouth, MA.

The competition and fun family event will feature local restaurants and pizzerias going head-to-head in a Pizza Showdown to determine which establishment will be named Weymouth’s Best Pizza. All ticket proceeds will benefit the Weymouth Food Pantry, which provides food for the hungry of Weymouth with the help of a generous community and volunteers.

All attendees will have a voice in determining Weymouth’s Best Pizza. One restaurant will be awarded the People’s Choice/Best Slice award based on the popular vote of attendees. The Kid’s Choice award will be decided by a separate children’s ballot. A “Judge’s Choice” will be determined by a panel of local “celebrity judges” who will all participate in the blind taste testing.
