Gina Stoddard Graduates Molisse M.A.S.T. Program

Gina Stoddard Completes M.A.S.T. Training Program at Molisse Realty Group

Congratulations are offered to Molisse Realty Group sales agent Gina Stoddard for successful completion of the M.A.S.T. training program.

M.A.S.T. stands for Mentoring And Sales Training, and is the training initiative offered by Molisse Realty Group. The program was proposed by Broker/Owner Brian Molisse, who, remebering his own early beginnings in real estate wanted to have a program in place to assist new agents get their start.

Gina Stoddard was brand new to the industry when she first came to Molisse, and although inexperienced, had a winning personality, a background as a paralegal in real estate, and a desire to learn. Working with mentor Lenny Rowe, Gina received the guidance and training needed and has proved herself to be a stellar real estate agent.
