Weymouth Man Skips Arraignment on Malicious Damage Charge

Scott R. Liquori, 27,of 28 King Ave., Weymouth failed to appear in Quincy District Court for arraignment on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250. A judge issued a warrant to arrest Liquori on the default. The charge stems from a Feb. 4, 2012 incident at 8 Tara Drive in Weymouth at 2:40 a.m. when police responded to a report of two brothers who started fighting at a get-together.

Court dismisses drug charge against Hingham man

Christopher Orlando, 20, of 184 Summer St., Hingham had a charge of possesion of a Class B drug dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 2 incident in Weymouth following a narcortics investigation. Police said Orlando was found in possession of Suboxone.
