Police Log: Braintree Man Arrested for OUI Drugs, Open Container, and Shoplifting
The following excerpts are from the Weymouth police log from last Monday, November 5 through Tuesday, November 6. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, November 5:
At 6:50 p.m. a caller reported a neighborhood dispute at the Queen Anne’s Gate Apartments off Pleasant Street.
At 11:51 p.m. a caller reported a noise complaint at the Greentree Condos on Greentree Lane.

Tuesday, November 6:
At 1:15 a.m. police arrested Joseph Clancy, 21 of Braintree for OUI drugs, having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle, and shoplifting. The arrest was made at a motor vehicle stop at the Midas on Washington Street.

At 11:02 a.m. police arrested Gregory Hembree of East Weymouth for drug possession of a class E substance. The arrest was made at the Walmart on Middle Street.
At 11:25 a.m. a caller reported a shoplifting incident at the CVS on Washington Street.
At 12:19 p.m. police arrested Matthew Walsh, age 31 of Dorchester for drug possession of a class A substance along with a 41-year-old Quincy man for driving with a suspended license and speeding. The two were arrested at a motor vehicle stop on Pond Street.
At 1:53 p.m. a caller reported a breaking and entering on Russell Road.
At 11:06 p.m. a caller reported a fight on Lake Street.
