Weymouth High School Scheduled Despite Bomb Threat

Principal Stevenson said classes will run as scheduled, however precautions will be taken.

Weymouth High School Principal Laura Stevenson said classes will operate as usual, despite a note found earlier in the week, indicating a bomb threat for Thursday.

Weymouth Police in conjunction with Quincy and Massachusetts State Police performed a thorough sweep of the school on Wednesday afternoon because a threat was found on a boy’s bathroom stall on Tuesday.

Weymouth Police will also be present at the school on Thursday morning to provide safety.

To take precaution, the school will only allow students to enter building through the main entrances.
