Friends of Weymouth Public Libraries Donate to Newtown, CT Library

The donations were sent to the Books Heal Hearts fund which was created this week by the Cyrenius H. Booth Library in Newtown, CT.

The Friends of Weymouth Public Libraries have made a donation to the Cyrenius H. Booth Library in Newtown, Conn in wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

The donations were sent to the Books Heal Hearts fund which was created this week by the Cyrenius H. Booth Library.

The fund  will be used for healing and will make materials available for use in the Newtown, CT library, schools, community, and wherever there is a need.

“This will be an ongoing effort by the library to meet the immediate and future needs of our community," the Cyrenius H. Booth Library said in a written statement.
